THE EFFECT OF PROFESSIONAL ANXIETY LEVEL ON JOB SATISFACTION OF PRE-HOSPITAL EMERGENCY HEALTH WORKERS: ADIYAMAN PROVINCE EXAMPLE

Aim: The main purpose of the study is to determine effect occupational anxiety level on job satisfaction in pre-hospital emergency health workers. 
 Materials and Methods: was conducted with a total 72 workers, 29 whom were Emergency Medicine Technicians 43 Paramedics, who worked field Adıyaman Provincial Ambulance Service as an online questionnaire application agreed participate research.
 Results: participants' Minnesota scale internal sub-dimension score 2,99±0,72, external 2.50±0.86, 2,79±0,73. 86,11±18,15. Among participants, women, paramedics, married people those aged between 18-25 had higher Job Satisfaction Scale scores.
